Inactive because of Different Opinions with Zulhas, Putra Jaya Still Supports Prabowo-Sandiaga

Warta Jurnal. The secretary of the Honorary Board of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Putra Jaya Husin said, he still supported the candidate pair presidential and vice presidential candidate number 02 Prabowo Subianto and Sandiaga Uno despite deciding non-actively from the party. He decided to be non-active from PAN because of his disagreement with PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan.

 "As a person, I am determined to support the nomination of Prabowo-Sandi as vice-presidential candidate in the 2019 Election and this is in line with the decision of the PAN 2018 National Working Meeting," Putra said through written statement on Friday

Putra ensured that his decision to be non-active from PAN was not related to the 2019 Presidential Election. He proposed non-actively before PAN decided on the Presidential Election's support in the National Working Meeting. Putra said that he had supported Prabowo since the 2014 presidential election and claimed to have been involved in the process of providing support to Prabowo-Hatta at the time.

"At the moment I am also included in the Prabowo-Sandi National Winning Body Structure," he said. With the non-active party, he hopes to give full dedication to winning Prabowo-Sandiaga. Moreover, he also did not run for 2019 Legislative Election.

"My energy and mind can be fully dedicated in Prabowo-Sandi BPN," said Putra. Previously, Putra claimed that his decision to be non-active from the party was triggered by differences of opinion with PAN Chairman Zulkifli Hasan. "I am non-active from the party. (I) disagree (with the General Chairperson) about how to manage the party," said Putra.
